Shipping policy
Order processing
In-stock orders are generally prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days.
Preorder and backordered items may require approximately 2–3 weeks for production and fulfillment before shipment. Estimated timelines are provided on the product page and may change due to supplier, production, or carrier delays.
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may be held until all items are ready unless otherwise communicated.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping within the United States is $6.95.
Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Standard shipping generally takes 3–5 business days after the order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier.
Delivery estimates do not include production or processing time. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with available tracking information.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear after the label is created.
Local pickup
Local pickup may be available at designated ADHSHL game locations.
Customers who select pickup will receive an email when the order is ready, including the approved pickup date and location. Do not arrive for pickup until you receive confirmation.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
Contact team@stripedsociety.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
Striped Society is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, contact team@stripedsociety.com with your order number and any relevant photographs. We will review the issue and assist with the carrier process when appropriate.
