Refund policy
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other damage
- In its original condition
- Returned with any original packaging or tags, when applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Starting a return or exchange
To request a return or exchange, contact us at:
Include your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. Returns must be approved before they are shipped or delivered. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We encourage exchanges when a different size or color is needed. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Because some products are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that a replacement will be available.
When an exchange is unavailable, you may choose an eligible refund instead.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Striped Society is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
Preorders and backorders
Preorder or backordered items may be cancelled for a full refund before production or fulfillment begins. Once production or fulfillment has begun, the standard return policy applies after the item is received.
Estimated production and fulfillment times are provided on the applicable product page. These estimates may change due to supplier, production, or shipping delays.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order after delivery or pickup. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item when applicable.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items specifically identified as final sale
This policy does not limit any rights provided under applicable law.
